**IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE READ** By booking with Glynis Aesthetics, you are acknowledging and agreeing to our terms of service. 1. **Rescheduling Policy**: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all rescheduling requests. 2. **Cancellation Deposits**: Deposits on cancellations are non-refundable. 3. **No Show Policy**: Failure to attend appointments without prior notice will result in a 100% service fee charge. No refunds or session transfers will be provided. 4. **Package Holders**: All current package holders will be given a 30-day grace period for cancellations or rescheduling. However, any cancellations or rescheduling under a package are subject to the loss of a session. 5. **Treatment Timing**: Treatments must be scheduled at a time that does not coincide with your menstrual cycle. Please refrain from booking any treatments during this period. 6. **Punctuality**: We value punctuality. A grace period of 10 minutes will be provided for late arrivals.
